Terms and Conditions

By registering to receive and view your rates notices online, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility and Authority
    You confirm that you are either the registered owner of the property as recorded on the title deed, or an authorised agent acting on behalf of the registered owner, and that you are the ratepayer responsible for the payment of rates and charges associated with the property.
  2. Additional Terms
    These terms and conditions operate in addition to any terms and conditions imposed by Print Mail Logistics Limited (and its related entities) or any third-party service providers in connection with the use of email or electronic communications.
  3. Indemnity
    You agree to indemnify and hold Council harmless from and against any actions, claims, liabilities, costs, losses, expenses, or damages (including legal costs incurred in defending or settling any claim) arising from, or in connection with, any act or omission by you relating to the online access and viewing of rate notices. This indemnity continues to apply even after your registration is terminated, cancelled, or you unsubscribe from receiving rate notices online.
  4. Changes to Terms and Conditions
    Council may amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on the registration page for online rate notices. By continuing to access or receive your rate notices online after any amendments are published, you agree to be bound by the updated terms and conditions.
